1. Will a security deposit be required?
Yes most typically the deposit is equal to one months rent BUT some properties have programs that offer a $299 deposit, when specific application qualifications are met.

2. What kinds of lease contracts are available?
A one year lease is preferred and is the best value, however shorter variations (3,6,9 months) are available with a nominal fee.

3. Do you allow pets? What kind? How much will it cost for my pets to live with me?
All of our communities welcome indoor cats and dogs, only Eastwood Arms can not accommodate dogs. Our dog policy is more breeds specific than weight restricted. A non-refundable pet privilege fee is due upon move in, then a minimal monthly pet rent is added to your lease. On some occasions our on-site management staff may need to meet your dog prior to applying for residency.

4. What kind of maintenance service is included in my rent?
Super Star Full Service! All exterior work, during every season. Interior repair or replacement of all provided appliances and fixtures. We also do quarterly or seasonal preventive maintenance on air conditioners, heating systems and hot water tanks, to ensure your comfort all year round. Most maintenance requests will be serviced in the same or next day, only to be delayed by parts or convenience to you.

5. Why do I need to provide so much income and employment information when I
apply for an apartment?

We have strict guidelines to protect our real estate assets and ensure quality comfortable neighborhoods for all residents. Each community on site office has their particular Statement of Rental Policy to outline the specific details. Submitting income verification, photo identification and current address information is necessary for every applicant.

6. How quickly can I apply and move in to an apartment?
If an apartment is available that meets your needs and you accurately submit all the required information our credit department takes applications Monday thru Friday 8am till 5pm. In most cases you can move in the same day or next day once approved.
